Teens and Young Adults are Responsible for 13 Alamance Shootings, Law Enforcement Officials Say

During a press conference last Friday morning, area law enforcement officials said more than 20 teenagers and young adults are suspects in recent shootings in Alamance County. Since March, there have been 13 shootings in the county – seven in Burlington, two in Graham, one in Gibsonville and three others in the jurisdiction of the Alamance County Sheriff’s Department. A total of six suspects have been arrested so far, with the latest being a 16-year-old. Two of the five other arrests have also been suspects under the age of 18. The adults arrested are between the ages of 18 and 21. Area law enforcement officials are asking for your help.
